We do our best to pack and protect our products before we ship them out to our customers, in the unlikely event that an item arrives broken pls take a picture of the item and the box and mail it to us at


We offer standard shipping rates depending on the size of the order and the final shipping destination. In the event of a return, we ask customers to pay for the return shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy

We always hope for a 100% satisfaction from our customers which is why we allow returns for all unused goods.

Some exceptions to our return policy might apply to items such as clothing for hygienic reasons.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
